Axonom to Release Powertrak 9.0 February 2008
Axonom is excited to announce the release date for the first two modules for Powertrak 9.0. Application Builder and Powertrak Core will be released in February 2008.

General Enhancements to Powertrak 9.0
Microsoft CRM 4 and .NET 3.0 compatibility
Multi-Tenancy Support
Powertrak Profile fields related to Multi-Channel sales are now implemented natively in CRM.
Most significant Powertrak screens are now available directly from the CRM menu shell.
Powertrak In-Form Duplicate Detection on Account, Contact and Lead forms.
Application-wide changes to the look-and-feel matching CRM 4.
Notifications allow users to create pop-up reminder messages to be displayed when particular records are opened.
Specific Enhancements to Powertrak 9.0
Menus and Shell
Powertrak screens are now available directly from the CRM menu shell.
Page loads streamlined to improve user experience.
ListBuilder
Grouping functionality allows users to combine filter criteria with and , or logic.
Extra filter criteria can now be passed through the URL of the page.
User Input Screens
New, more user-friendly multi-select list box control.
All new page HTML simplifies page structure and mirrors the look of CRM 4 forms.
DateTime controls now allow the start and end of the time drop-down list to be specified.
Improved event support allows capturing of onchange events on all control types that accept input.
List Screens
Column sizing and layout have been improved.
New JavaScript file include allows system-wide scripting additions in the field.
Find Screens
No longer refreshes the page when a row is selected.
Double-clicking a row now selects it and closes the dialog (previously, the user had to click the Ok button).
Toolbar rebuilt to use the same button schema/structure as the User Input and List Screens.
Code Type Screens
Now uses the List Screen and User Input screen pages to present and modify data.
The full User Input control suite is now available for use in code type screens.
PowerRelate
Rebuilt on a new tree control that allows more control over CSS, postbacks and scripting.
Tree type selection is now done in a drop down to save screen space.
Most page buttons have been moved to a toolbar at the top of the page and are modifiable in the screen builder.
Reports
Separate copies of each report are now loaded for each organization.
Callouts
The callout dll used in PT8/CRM3 had been replaced with a new plug-in dll, taking advantage of CRM 4 event pipeline improvements.
Multiple custom stored procedures can now be registered to entity events, eliminating the need to modify the base callout procedures and allowing more protection from upgrade conflicts.
Licensing
Powertrak 9 implements a new licensing scheme that requires a separate key for each module. Keys can be requested from Axonom Support.
Users must now be associated with a module seat for each module they have access to. Screen access will not be granted to any user without the appropriate module seat assigned.
